1. Scope
This Privacy Policy explains how data is handled in the Donen app. Donen helps users create and manage task lists (to-do items), reminders, and notes. ArteGraffa does not collect or store your task content on its servers.
2. Local Data Storage (Hive / SharedPreferences)
Donen stores the information you enter (for example: lists, tasks, titles, notes, tags, priorities, due dates, and reminder settings) locally on your device using on-device storage technologies such as Hive and SharedPreferences.
ArteGraffa does not receive your task content. Your data remains under your control on your device.
Note: If you uninstall the app, local data may be removed depending on your device and operating system settings.
3. No Tracking / No Analytics / No Crash Reporting
Donen does not use analytics SDKs, advertising trackers, profiling, or crash reporting services. We do not collect usage metrics or behavioral data.
Local notifications (if enabled) are handled by your device/operating system to deliver reminders.
4. Subscriptions & Payments (RevenueCat)
Donen may offer paid features through subscriptions or in-app purchases. Payments are handled by the relevant app store (Apple App Store / Google Play).
To manage subscription status (e.g., unlock premium features and restore purchases), Donen uses RevenueCat as a subscription management provider. RevenueCat may process limited purchase-related information (such as product identifiers, purchase/renewal status, and an app-user identifier) to provide subscription services.
ArteGraffa does not receive your task content through RevenueCat. RevenueCat is used only to determine whether a subscription is active and to enable premium access.
5. Legal Bases (GDPR)
For task content stored locally on your device, ArteGraffa does not act as a data processor because we do not collect or access that content.
For subscription management, purchase-related processing is generally necessary to perform the contract (providing paid features) and to comply with legal obligations where applicable.
6. Data Subject Rights
Because ArteGraffa does not have access to your task content, we cannot directly retrieve, correct, or delete content stored inside Donen. You can manage and delete your data directly within the app and/or by removing the app from your device.
For subscription-related information, you can manage your subscription through your Apple App Store or Google Play account settings.
