This Privacy Policy explains how data is handled in the Stencil Tattoo AR app. Stencil Tattoo AR helps users create tattoo stencils automatically, manage measurements, preview placement in augmented reality (AR), and prepare stencil printing in A4 format, including automatic split and crop across multiple sheets when needed. ArteGraffa does not collect or store this project content on its servers.
2. Data Entered in the App
Stencil Tattoo AR may process information manually entered or generated by the user inside the app, such as stencil projects, imported images, sizing and measurement settings, AR preview data, print layout settings, and multi-page print compositions.
The app does not automatically access or collect remote tattoo project data from ArteGraffa servers. All project-related content handled by the app is managed directly by the user on their device.
3. Local Data Storage
Stencil Tattoo AR stores the information you create and manage locally on your device using on-device storage technologies.
ArteGraffa does not receive your stencil projects, measurements, AR placements, print settings, or multi-sheet layouts. Your data remains under your control on your device.
Note: If you uninstall the app, local data may be removed depending on your device and operating system settings.
4. No Tracking / No Analytics / No Crash Reporting
Stencil Tattoo AR does not use analytics SDKs, advertising trackers, profiling systems, or crash reporting services. We do not collect usage metrics, behavioral data, stencil content, or AR preview activity from the app.
5. Legal Bases (GDPR)
For stencil projects and related content stored locally on your device, ArteGraffa does not act as a data processor because we do not collect or access that content.
Where contact requests are sent to us directly by email, the related personal data is processed only to respond to your request and, where applicable, to comply with legal obligations.
6. Data Subject Rights
Because ArteGraffa does not have access to the stencil content stored in Stencil Tattoo AR, we cannot directly retrieve, correct, or delete the data you save inside the app. You can manage and delete your data directly within the app and/or by removing the app from your device.
